Wine and Beer Festival- Smithfield

We have been asked to help with the NC Wine and Beer Festival in Smithfield. I know this is last minute but it will be on April 7 and there are 3 shift available. Morning shift: 8:30am-12:30pm, delivering ice, labels and water jugs to vineyards and then keeping ice stocked (via golf carts), helping put out the maps and tasting glasses on the tables at Main Gates. Midday shift: 10:30-2:30, helping scan tickets and wristband attendees at main gates, helping pickup wine in gold carts and deliver to sorting area inside. Afternoon shift: 2-7pm, continuing wine pick up and sorting, and helping attendees get their purchased wines when event ends at 6pm.
