You have heard of Yoga but have you heard of Laughing Yoga? I had not until a few months ago and I am eager to try this unique wellness activity! Laughing has many benefits for our health! Several of these benefits include releasing the feel good chemical in our body called endorphins, burns calories, relaxes your muscles, relieves stress, strengthens relationships, and MANY other benefits! Mixed with yoga I can only imagine the kind of adventure we will experience! Wellness is important to me and I want to share in this new activity together with you! Come join us virtually to experience Laughing Yoga! Wednesday April 21st at 7:00 pm we will complete a Laughing Yoga exercise through YouTube! Lets come together and be vulnerable with this new exercise experience!! It will be halfway through the week and a good way to connect with others to prepare for the rest of the week!
