The event on June 22 could use more volunteers for the second shift 8p-10:45p for the following positions. Helping with tear-down and clean-up are necessary once the event comes to a close. We should be all done and walking out the door by 10:45p.
Balloon Pop
• Balloons are $10 a pop! Collect payment, then have guest choose balloon(s) to pop.
• Each balloon is numbered and corresponds with a numbered gift card.  Each gift card is at least $10, but many are higher amounts.
• Ask folks if they need any drink tickets- yellow tickets ($5).
Drink Tickets
• You will be stationed at the bar selling tickets for drinks.
        (wine and beer =  yellow ticket for $5).
• Remind people that they will need to be ID’d by the bartenders to drink beer or wine.
Merchandise Sales
• You will be stationed at the merchandise table selling a variety of items.
• Ask folks if they need any drink tickets- yellow tickets ($5).
Silent Auction (this is the area I’m in charge of for the event)
• Watch over the items throughout the night.
• Make sure bidders are entering their bids and information on the sheet legibly and completely.
• Make sure that the bidders are following the rules by bidding at least the min. bid.
• At 10:00, circle the winning bidder on the bid sheet.
• Pack up items in grocery bags if appropriate. Attach bid sheet. Send them to ticketing table for payment.
• Assist with “buy it now” the price is listed on sheet. Send them to pay at ticketing and bag up item and remove bidding sheet.
Wine Wall
• Wine bottles are $10 each.
• Collect payment, then allow them to choose a cork (red, white).
• Each cork # corresponds with a numbered bottle. Wine values range from $15 and up.
• We will have bags available if they’d like to write their name on the bag in sharpie to store for later ickup. Please assist and take to ticketing area for guests.
