NCJCs: Spring Conference

The North Carolina Junior Chamber is proud to present their Spring Conference and Distinguished Service Awards Luncheon. We are offering business meetings and trainings after the luncheon and a tour of the NC Jaycee Burn Center at UNC preceding the luncheon. We ask that you RSVP for each portion of the day by answering the questions on the registration form.The cost for the day is $10 per person, payable at the door. We have chosen not to accept online payments for this event to keep the cost low. The online registration will say the event is free, so you don’t think you are paying more than $10.

Feel free to bring flyers for upcoming activities in your chapter for the sharing table.

Parking is available in the Ramshead Deck (Cost is $1.50/hour) or along the street. The third floor of the parking deck provides the easiest access to the Alumni Center.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to park and get checked in prior to the luncheon and/or meetings. The Carolina Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is located in the George Watts Hill Alumni Center at the University of North Carolina.

To reach the Rams Head parking garage, serving guests of the Club:

SCHEDULE:

10:15 am Tour of the NC Jaycees Burn Center (meet in the lobby of the Burn Center – specific instructions will be sent to those who register for the tour)

11:00 am Registration for Lunch

11:30 am – 1 pm Distinguished Service Awards Luncheon

Awards include: Outstanding Teenager, Outstanding Young Educator, Outstanding Young Farmer, Outstanding Young Public Servant, Outstanding Young North Carolinian, Outstanding Senior, and Boss of the Year.

1:00-1:15 pm: Registration of Delegates for Board of Directors and General Membership Meetings (All chapters must be current on financial obligations and delegates must bring photo ID)

1:15-2:30 pm Board of Directors Meeting and General Membership Meeting

2:30-4:00 pm Trainings
