Okay it’s that time of the year again. Wine and Beer Tasting, Food, Fellowship, and Poker for a great cause; what else could you ask for? Something for everyone. Pass the word!
The Annual Goodfellows Texas Hold’Em Tournament is back by popular demand. It’s the Eleventh Annual Goodfellows Texas Hold’Em Tournament.
Come join us promptly at 6pm for hors d’oeuvres and a Wine and Beer Tasting with donations accepted for Goodfellows.
At 7pm, the tournament will begin and we will play until there is only one player left. The entry fee is a donation to Goodfellows. It is not a coincidence that the first place prize will help you earn a place in “Neblett’s Circle” status for Goodfellows fundraising. You will also get bragging rights. The entire amount will be donated to Goodfellows.
Everyone who plays will earn the satisfaction of knowing that they are helping to provide, local, under privileged children, a Christmas experience they might not otherwise be able to enjoy. Plus, it is a lot of fun! You do not need to be an experienced poker player to participate. We will provide “cheat sheets” and review the rules before we start. Please note the entry fee is $25.
