If you are interested in running a project, please submit your initial Chairperson’s Planning Guide (CPG) by the Monday preceding the board meeting. This will allow the board ample time to review your CPG and provide you with comments before presentation of the CPG at a board meeting. (Depending on the project, we may or may not ask you to be present at the board meeting; speak with your Director and VP for more information.)
