Can’t make it out to ComicCon in San Diego? Well don’t feel bad, I grew up in San Diego and haven’t been able to get into ComicCon since Quantum Leap was a thing. Besides, who needs San Diego when you’ve got Raleigh’s Summer Supercon! If you’re a comic book loving sci-fy aficionado with a love of pop-culture and Funko-Pop the Raleigh Supercon is where you need to be on Saturday July 28th. Tickets for the event can be purchased through the website or day off. However, it looks like Saturday may sell out so you should plan to buy your ticket in advance.
Downtown Raleigh still has pretty decent (and even free) parking on the weekends so it shouldn’t be hard to find a space near the convention center. However, we can also discuss carpooling.
