12-30 Photos have been turned on (for Board members), see the roster FAQ for more info.
11-30 File archive uploads and downloads. Web space is cheap (relatively). Its time to use some of it to store as much of our history as we can. Use the upload section to upload a file to the archives, and/or browse to download what is there.
11-30 Adding facility so that Board members (for now) can upload pictures of themselves, so that members can readily figure out who is who. After more testing, and some discussions about possible uses (and misuses) this may be expanded to everyone (with privisos that we have no intention of making this a match.com clone)
11-16 Many changes "under the hood" to improve security. Hopefully everything is still stable, but as always feel free to report anything that doesn't seem to work quite right..
11-16 Version 1.70 beta2. The ability to enter/track awards is in development. Right now entering is working, and the ability to see awards by everyone is limited. Awards will show up when you view your info, and also there is a limited search of wards given by year (in the nav bar). This will be improved in future versions.
11-10 Added view/edit as a select box of options to what was just "edit my info", so you can see it without having to edit.
07-10 Version 1.70 under test. Better "flow" to a lot of items, ie. once you enter the elist menu you stay there for successive actions, til you choose to do some other function. Also some changes "under the hood".
03-18 Added the ability to use <, > type of searches to "custom roster search".
03-02 Version 1.67 released.
02-10 Version 1.67beta... Creates/updates user records in a parallel Ikonboard database, so that
members can use the same login/password info.
12-20 Removed several ambiguous characters from randomly generated passwords.
11-20 Version 1.66... Check cookie button added to login-form. Layout updated to make it a little more condensed, but
also fixed some limits on certain data fields. Email addr can now be longer than 30 characters.
11-15 Version 1.65.
10-11 Version 1.64.
10-01 Added a v-card formatted roster for download. This file should import into many PDAs and
other address book type of applications.
09-27 Pop-up descriptions of some form fields with formatting info.
09-11 Version 1.62. Working to make the edit-my-info form more narrow to help with the left-side nav menu.
As part of this the city/pick-list is a little revamped.
09-05 Version 1.60. On the admin side of things the infrastructure is in place to send what are called 'JCAnnouncements'. See the FAQ for an explanation, and for how to control whether you get these. (it is described more in the Chapter Policies)
08-27 Version 1.57. Generate your CPG question #3 (ppls names, addrs) online, then copy/paste it.
08-27 Version 1.56. Lots of HTML cleanup done. Shouldn't affect anyone really, but makes
the browsers "happier".
08-26 Version 1.54. Finally found how to let people switch to/from digest mode in an
automated fashion. See the new options on the pull-down menu in the Email section.
08-25 Setting the roster up to auto-email people once/twice per year to verify everyone's
roster info.

for more info.

not to get saved.

04-01 Lots of code re-write to put in a new persmissions scheme to allow things
like a Buddy chairperson to edit all members Buddy info, but so that they don't see
private info about those people.
03-04 Added code to roster tool that will begin to send "is your info" correct
notices to all members once/twice per year, on a rotating basis (ie. not everyone will
get this at the same time)
01-03 See the FAQ for directions on importing the roster to your Palm Pilot.
01-15 Version 1.22. A few tweaks on the admin side.
01-14 Version 1.21. Fixed a bug with the cookies used for member identification. Had

was able to reproduce and fix it.

members go more smoothly.

12-28 Version 1.12 released to improve the log file to help diagnose bugs.
12-28 Trying to track down a rare bug where it loses
track of who you are. When this happens it should store some info to the

12-23 Fixed a bug in maps/dirving-directions when appt# given.
12-23 Added a pop-up asking people that do have an email addr and are not

12-23 Roster version 1.1 installed on real webserver.
12-19 Had some issues with the javascript and IE5.x, but think/hope those
