Here's a list of items you'll create and use during your project. Keep them because you'll need them at the end of your project to document it. As you gather each item, check it off so that you know you have it. Not all projects will create all of the items.
_____ PIS Sheet from your Director.
_____ Financial Information: Copies of invoices, receipts, checks, etc.
_____ Sign-up sheets from General Membership Meetings
_____ Sign-in sheets from the project event(s)
_____ Fliers used to communicate with membership or public
_____ Printout of Bits and Bytes announcements (if it's the same each time, only need one copy listing dates that it was sent), Broadcast announcements (again, just one), calendar web page listing project, etc.
_____ Agendas from the General Membership Meetings when you announced your project
_____ Jaycall articles about your project, also the calendar in the back of Jaycall with your date listed
_____ Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence, including thank-you notes
_____ Notes from your committee meetings, research, etc.
_____ Project paraphernalia (ticket stubs, programs, handouts, etc.)
_____ Newspaper articles about your project
_____ Copies of Public Service Announcements sent out about your project
_____ Printouts of the websites your project is listed on
_____ Photos from project
