Call to Order – Peter Ansbacher

Attendees: Peter Ansbacher, Christine Bauer, Ed Blackman, Leah Breckstein, Susan Brosnan, David Crutchfield, Sara Hardesty, Paul Hoover, Alison Houchin, Melissa Sloup, Heather Snyder, Phil Taylor, Melissa Taylor

Peter Ansbacher wanted to appoint the following members to a Scholarship committee: Jennifer Jerzak, Joy Rau, Diedre Albert, Liz Gutierez, and Robyn Wilsey.

Leah Breckstein made a motion to amend the CPG for the 75^th Anniversary to add an additional $500 to make the total appropriation $1,000. Melissa Taylor seconded the motion. Discussion: James Massengil explained that for the hotel deposit it was higher than anticipated and he apologized for not knowing the amount when the original CPG was presented. The hotel required a 100 minimum for the deposit. Motion approved.
