Stacy Shaw presenting information on HOBY – not asking for donation at this point but may do so in the future if HOBY is unable to raise the money
HOBY is in need of financial support
HOBY needed $5000 donation last year, has $30,000 in reserve
Currently the team has no special services chair or fundraising chair
There is a yard sale set up for Feb
Looking into corporate sponsors – whoever gives the most money will get billing
It will cost $4000 to house and feed JC staff
The car raffle last year gave $1000.00 and raised $8000.
Planning on lowering prices for raffle this year

They need to be endorsed so that HOBY international will cover the insurance

Projects have been approved in CIF without the money to cover them - $2500 in expenses during the next month
Goodfellows moved $3,000 from money market account to checking
