Project Presented: Williamsburg Trip (Final)

Chris Compton moved to accept CPG with $0 appropriation from the chapter.
Melissa Taylor seconded the motion.
Motion to accept the CPG passed.
Project Presented: Blood Drive for 2nd and 3rd Trimester (Initial)

Project Presented: Memorial Day Camping Trip (Final)

(There was extra money left over from the trip and the project chairs wanted to use the money (105.52) to make a donation for the cost of the shelter repair.)
Amanda Grim moved to accept the CPG as written with a $0 appropriation from the chapter.
Reed Hollander moved to amend the pending motion to state the projects chair would approach the project participants and give them the choice of receiving a refund or donating to a specific charity.
Jeff Gordon seconded the motion
Amendment passes
Motion to approve the amended motion carries.
Project Presented: Rafting Trip (Initial)

Peter Ansbacher moved to approve the CPG with $1,350.00 appropriation from the chapter.
Jeff Zabawa seconded the motion.
Motion to accept the CPG passed
Chip Bright presented his resume for consideration for the 2004 Turkey Shoot chair.
Peter Ansbacher made a motion to approve Chip as chair of the 2004 Turkey Shoot.
Tina Gordon seconded the motion.
Resume passes.
Community Service Area Update (Amanda Grim)
VPs will be getting a list of Goodfellows Fundraising events that will be starting shortly.
Ways and Means Area Update (Jeff Zabawa)
Looking for Director of 2004 Haunted House
Last Brookhill meeting will be held this coming Sunday.
Firefighters calendar is moving along.
Brookhill burnout will be held this Saturday (June 26)
Kerry
McManus will no longer be on the Board of Directors.

Mid-year retreat is coming up.
The Holiday Banquet will be held December 17th at the Crabtree
Marriott.
Discussions about whether or not to have Board members pay some of the
cost of the night. This may enable more members to come if the price is a
little lower.

Jeff Zabawa moved to accept Brian
Cox for chair of 2005 Brookhill.

Statewide Family Day: Bowling, Durham Lanes – 3-5pm, cost $6 (includes shoes)
Wilson Jaycees’ Wilson Tubs Game – Fri. 6/25, 6:30pm, cost is free
Garner CF Bowl-A-Thon – Fri. 6/25, 7-10pm, cost $15 (includes 3 games and shoes)
Fall Regional Meeting – Date is Fri. 8/13, submitting a bid to host at Jillians
