To protect the safety of the children, we complete a background check on all prospective
mentors. The mentor coordinator will give you a background check form
to complete. (online version of the form is coming, check back soon)
Once the background check has been completed you will be notified.
The mentor coordinator will talk to you about the children on the waiting list
and who might be a good match for you.
They will try to have you go on a group outing with the child to see if it's a good
match before any commitment has been made.
If it's a good match, congratulations you are a mentor!
