HOPE Mentoring Program Mission Statement

The mission of the Jaycee Mentoring Program is to promote high self-esteem within the children of Heritage Park. We believe that long-term investment of a single adult in a child's life is the best way to accomplish this. A mentor may be a friend, confidante or and advisor to an individual child. However, the most important role of a Mentor is to be a constant voice that, through giving of time and attention, helps the child to understand their great value in the world. Our organization will provide the framework, training and services necessary to develop the relationships that will allow this understanding to occur.
