Call to order Paul Hoover Pledge of Allegiance
Paul turned the meeting over to Carter Pettibone and gave a brief explanation of CIF.
Presentation of Initial/Final CPGs:
Project: Beer and Wine Tasting Initial CPG by Kris Montgomery; Karen Sadler motioned to approve the CPG as written with a $200 appropriation. Pat Sauter seconded the motion. Discussion: thanks for running the project with Maggie; thanks for taking a new member under your wing and guiding her through the process; motion passed.
Project: Mutt Strut Final CPG by Kris Montgomery; John Sauter motioned to approve the CPG as written with no return appropriation. Ali Houchin seconded the motion. Discussion: thanks for running this; hope we can do more with animals; motion passed.
Discussion on the process will continue after dinner. Recessed for dinner motion was made by Ed Blackman.
Carter explained area reports.
Community Development area update the big project going now is Goodfellows; its going well; had the Beer and Wine tasting CPG approved tonight; any questions on this area
Treasurer area update no report at this time
Legal Counsel area update reviewing all the policy changes
Secretary area update no report at this time
