made a motion to suspend Article 4 Section 4 of the bylaws which states in part
“… Nominations will be made at a general membership meeting followed by the
election at the next general membership meeting…” this is necessary to nominate
and elect the remainder of the board tonight. Seconded by Melissa Taylor. No
discussion. Motion approved.
