will try to market outside of chapter

Carter had a good response outside of the chapter

Carter try to target the burn center and bring in other chapters, this is state wide priority charity

Phil Taylor – will make sure that Nader is aware of date concerns

Christine Bauer - have we approved the date, that is likely haunted house move in

Phil Taylor – this would be an evening event

 

Miracle League – Lisa Rowland/Deidre Albert - $0 appropriation

No appropriation

Ed Blackman - motion to accept CPG

Ed Blackman  - this project idea just came out, glad to see them step up, did cpg in a couple of days, this is their first project

Melissa Taylor - this is at my school, heard great things about this project

Chip  Bright - what is sponsorship capital , are you planning on making $2000 from donations

Sasha – people can make monthly donations,  we can ask family, friends, colleagues,

Jamilyn Cole - 100 per person seems reasonable

Melissa Taylor I raised $500 for The Race for the Cure. 

Laura  - I have not have had difficulty raising money in the past

Phil Taylor  - this is similar to Saint Baldricks project, fundraising, we don’t have logistical overhead, we can promote the chapter

Appreciate her for running this project

Had a board retreat gave update there 

Was hoping for 50/50 yard sale cpg

Will wrap it up at the next meeting

Exceeded donation 2500 goal

Will Stanley has expressed interest in running Goodfellows should have resume at the next meeting

 

 

Community Service Area Update – Ed Blackman

Talked at board retreat

Do not have final HOBY cpg

Do expect to have it next month

August 27th from 1-4 hope back to school party

Jennifer Jerzak should get items donated

We now have a potential chair for HOBY 2007

Will present resume next month
