User ID not found? Sorry, some bugs in the group-add I did, so only a little more than 50% of the accts got created successfully... do this.. log in to the roster... "edit" your info.. change nothing, the "save" your info.... you should see "Updating IKB info for..."... now come back and log in, it should work.
