The cliff-notes version

Please read the full awards description and Policy.

In a nutshell..... for general members:

• You can nominate someone for Jaycee, Project Chair, or Board Member of the month. (note: current Board Members are only eligible for BMotM)
• You make your submission using the appropriate form (see below), completely filled out.
• This form must be submitted to the Secretary BEFORE the call-to-order of the monthly Board meeting, which (usually) is the 4th Tues of every month (check the online calendar to be sure).
• You may submit your nomination by:
  • email it to awards@raleighjaycees.org (please note email is NOT immediate and can get lost, please send well in advance)
  • fax it to the office (fax # can be found on the contact us page).
  • hand it to the Secretary.
